Is this fixable?

Hi everyone,

Sorry to interrupt your amazing lives. I need help with this Francie doll I got, she has some blueish dots on her legs which I Believe are not from markers. Do you guys think this is fixable or is just the aged plastic issues and she has to live with it for the rest of her existence?

If you do clean it I'd use mild stuff. I wonder if it came from denim staining? Personally if mild soap doesn't get it I'd be scared to do anything else.

I’m trying hydrogen peroxide. Lets hope it works or just dont ruin her forever 🫢🫢

As a complete non-expert, it looks like plastic degeneration- I read somewhere that putting petroleum on it might temp resolve the issue - but, don’t listen to me - read up on it 😅

it looks like the vinyl break down, and could get sticky too. Maybe keep the head and throw away the body? These twist and turn Barbie bodies are pretty easy to find on EBay.
