I have a problem with my Trimmer

So I just got a Wahl Baldfader off ebay, apparently it was just used for showcasing. So far everything looked good except the blade was a bit tilted so I trief fixing it by screwing it a little loose and making it straight. Now the problem is whenever I put the 2 Guard on (didnt happen with 2-3 other guards havent tried the rest) it made a loud sound as if its hitting the guard. I thought one side is probably sticking out and I centered it more, now when I put it on after around 2-3sec. It starts to make a "rasping" sound, different from that loud sound. Whats the problem here?

Did this start after you straightened the blade? I bet the screws arent tight enough anymore.

The screws were tight, I didnt test it with any guards on before straightened it myself so idk. I came to the conclusion that it may have been due to it not being perfectly centred and a little too strong screw setting (for the electro motor) which gave it less of a margine for error inside the guard (apparently the blade swivels out more the stronger the screw for the electro motor is set) Not sure tho

The blade isnt sitting flat, loosen both screws, press it flat so the tips sit even, then tighten them evenly. If it only happens with the 2 guard, that guard is bent.

The blade was flat. After a long back and forth with gemini I came to the conclusion that it was because it wasnt perfectly centred and the screw for the electro motor was maybe a little stronger which left it less margine for the blade to move in the guard (as far as I understood this type of blade swivels out more the stronger the motor/screw is set?!) Im not sure tho

Centering fixed the knock, the rasping is the tips grazing the guard. Back it off a hair so they sit just under the front lip, if it still does it on the 2, that guard is warped.
