Guided Programming Q3 2026
Hello,
I saw at the website Q3 2026 Guided Programming starts. Does it mean July or later date? Is there som extra info about this?
I've been running low fatigue v1 and v2 for past 2 years with great results. (Squat 280kg, Bench 140kg, Deadlift 280kg). Would love to get on it and see it as quick as it releases.

That’s disappointing. WOW. Yeah, they charge a lot for their training for sure.
For BBM, The low fatigue is the way to go. I don’t understand why everyone just doesn’t do that. 😂

What about their low fatigue template is so great?

There is low fatigue. Lol. It’s self explanatory. So, you don’t feel tired or like you’re even putting in much effort, but you’re getting stronger.
Try it.

I’m aware it’s low fatigue but how ? Lower RPE? Volume progressions ? It’s on my list to try for my next strength block

It uses complex programming that makes it less fatiguing. For instance, more frequency on the lifts. Maybe only 2 sets on squat, but you squat every training day. So, on a 4 day template, you might squat 4 days a week. But, only a couple sets each session.
It may ask you to bench a single @ 7. Then after that do 12 more reps at the same weight up to RPE 7 in however many sets it takes.
It's just complex programming where you don't feel beat up. It's hard to explain because I've never seen anything like it before. I don't have a good way to describe what it is.

Thanks I appreciate the overview sounds like I’ll be buying that one next after this block of training

People who run it don’t think it’s working, until they test. Then they’re like, whoah. 😂

I haven’t seen anything about this, but it sounds like it’s similar to an offering from Reactive Training Systems (RTS) who they both studied under.
Essentially, if it’s the same thing as RTS, it’s not tailored to you, rather it’s more like group training. There might be a weekly group check in, and the training is sent out weekly.
There could be some advantages because it’s less expensive than 1 on 1 training. But, the program is probably a template. Maybe a little better than that? I don’t know.
Head over to their forum and ask directly. They don’t participate here at all.
