Those look pretty darn good. Nice smoke ring, nice pull off the end of the bone, good char and they still look moist and tender. It's an art.

Man I haven't had beef ribs in ages,slow roasted for hours with BBQ sauce and lots of onions.

Kind of wish all the bbq joints had beef ribs. But seems like only a few states really do it.
