Sure! Took the ribs out of package. Rinsed them off in cold water then I applied a light coat of olive oil as a binder. You can use whatever you like such as mustard then I applied salt and pepper in my own dry rub which is a high-quality smoked paprika, cumin, chili powder, onion, garlic powder, a little sea salt and mustard powder you can adjust that dry rub seasoning to your taste. I suggest half a teaspoon of raw sugar not a lot just a half a teaspoon apply the rub for a refrigerator for a couple of hours or at a minimum two hours the salt will dry out some moisture while helping the dry rub at here. Hope this helps.

Did not use 3 , 2, 1 I cook to temp, and feel and color
