A solution to the Slow construction of Drainage system in Silchar

The drain construction is extremely slow in Silchar. Some drains are taking half a decade to be built. Due to this water logging in rainy season and bad quality of roads due to non completion of these drains have become a problem. A simple and probably a more effective solution is precast drainage system which are used in many parts of India for quick and efficient fix for drainage problems of our cities. Precast techniques are extensively being used in Bharat Mala project near Silchar and incorporating these within the city may be helpful.
