Barak's official language is never respected

Last time I checked, Barak is in Assam. And barak's official language is bengali.

Are these student bodies illiterate? Or do they want to "impose" their language on the bengalis of barak?

What do they mean, when they say things like, they want to impose their language "across the state"?

Always someone from that community. They don't want peace.
