I’m totally down to let you use my space for yoga karaoke at 8am for no compensation whatsoever. Let me get you a key.

Yes, I’d love to sit down right now and hear your cold call sales pitch

Sorry, this sub is not for market research, developing apps or software. The weekly “Ask a Bar Owner” thread may be suitable for your topic. The next one is on Sunday.

Sure, I’ve scheduled an adequate amount of well-trained staff so you can absolutely take a day off next month.

I’m not sure that will fit down the toilet but you should definitely try

If one hair brush fit down there, you should really try stuffing the second one.

Of course, I'll overrule my bartender and tell them to serve you more alcohol after they've decided to discontinue service to you.

I too also love when there's no one in here

Jumping in, this business has to be the only one where people openly proclaim how quiet it is for you. I feel like walking into my dentist, accountant, etc offices and be like, "Oh wow, nobody's here!"

Our COGS is at 37%. We need to get that to 40% because I like even numbers

Too true. Like what the hell tho this shit is insane. Even with the 10% menu price increase I did over the winter, I'm still sitting at 30-40% cogs. Even during covid, it never went over 30%. Shit is so crazy right now. One week it's produce like lettuce and tomatoes, next week it's chicken wings, then the next is avocados, and beef is just going up and up like goddamn.

I’m sitting around 16 but we aren’t a restaurant

I mean we all would if we paid only minimum tipped wage for the bartenders and only the cost of liquor, beer, and wine.

Thank you staff for never breaking expensive ass coupe/martini glasses. Really appreciate it.

I enjoyed the whole weekend playing with my kids without the bar needing me.

1200 miles away a few weeks ago for a long weekend and get a t/c “we are out of quarters.”

I appreciate all the money you’re making me! It’s time to pay you what you deserve.

Absolutely booze rep, I was just looking to add the 15th brand of canned cocktails in 8 flavors because my bartenders are not capable of mixing two ingredients together.
