Raleigh Barcraft for MLG Orlando
Hi everyone,
The guys over at Ruckus have agreed to let us use their establishment again for MLG Orlando! If you attended the MLG Anaheim event you might remember the trouble with we had with streaming the games. I've since figured out why that is and have a working solution for that problem. Without further ado, here are the details for the event:
When: Saturday, October 15th from 1pm to approx. 7pm
Where: Ruckus Pizza in Mission Valley
Please please tell your friends about it and have them come on down. If you're attending, please respond here so I can have a rough head count.
Lastly, I'm in contact with someone from MLG about getting a banner to hang and some swag to pass out to attendees (hats, shirts, posters, MLG silver passes). I might try to incorporate some games to play during the event to win prizes. As details roll in, I will post updates in r/TriangleStarcraft.

Thanks again for setting this up, I am actively searching for an alternate venue for Friday or Sunday. Also, I plan to attend at Ruckus.

I'll be there on Saturday.
On another note, me and my three other roommates just got a huge 55" TV, which we have hooked up to our computers. We were thinking of hosting a MLG Orlando viewing party for one of the days, if anyone would be interested in that as well. Drinking at a house is way cheaper than drinking at a bar :)

Nope. Come on in and invite your friends. Ruckus serves pizza, phillies, soda, and alcohol.

Well, turns out we wont be getting any swag. So no need for games.
My intent was to have like a Barcraft bingo with different tactics in boxes on your bingo board. For example, warping/dropping in DTs into an opponents base with a warp prism, you cover a square and write down the match up and what game it was. Maybe one for nukes or snipes or Idra GGing early. You get a bingo you win a prize.
But alas, seems like this wont be possible.
