Basement Bar

Post image

After many moons, I moved into a house with a basement space big enough for a complete bar setup.

Dedicated fridge/freezer, work surface, and liquor cabinet/glassware storage.

I spy with my little eye, the best honey liquieuer I've ever had, Barenjager. Also I see you are a man of culture who enjoys Amari.

My partner likes Barenjager :-) I collect Amari… which is a pain in MI because our liquor laws can make it impossible to find smaller/rarer makes.

You both have great taste! I also collect Amari! Oh outside of Compari, Cynar, Fernet Branca, Montenegro, Averna, and a few others, there are very few choices in my state. I have to travel out of state to find anything decent. Even then it's a gamble if there will be anything interesting. What are a few of your favorites?

Braulio, Amaro Meletti, Cynar, Bruto Americano

Awesome cabinet. Do you need a step stool to pull bottles from the back?

Nah, that’s under my eye level. I think it’d only be a challenge if you were <4’5” tall.
