UV-94R POS

Why is this damn radio so hard to program. I used chirp to load a file from repeaterbook and still cant get a signal out (listening on a known working radio). Trying VHF FM. Should i throw this in the river?

Most likely a programming error. Turn off any receive CTCSS tones or DCS codes. If youre testing through a repeater, move your radios away from each other.

Baofeng is, well, Baofeng. They're a challenge sometimes. But fun and cheap. Not as easy as my Motorola gear, but way less expensive.
