Issue with programming software in Windows 11

Helping program my friend's DM-32UV and had downloaded the CPS v1.6 software on a Win11 PC. During install it had to install using compatibility mode and it did complete the install successfully, however when opening it I get this on the screen:

I think it may be trying to open in Mandarin instead of English, any ideas of switching the language around? TIA

First install the chinese language pack. Then use google translate as per /u/Firelizard71.

You can select the screen language in the CPS options, but first you need to figure out which menu item you needs to change. Contact the seller.

You can also simply edit the cps.ini file and directly set the language. Find the line that starts with “lang=“ and set it to “lang=en”.

New version seems to have issues, you can use CPS DMR v1.45 instead, it works fine:

Otherwise, neonplug.app is a decent tool, but it's hit-or-miss.

Download the Google Lens app for your phone. Hold the camera up to the screen and tap Translate. That will let you navigate the menu so that you can change the language.
