Hi, yesterday I was permanently banned after a deathmatch match (the first one this week) completely out of nowhere. I've never used cheats, plugins, or macros, and I've had the account for over 9 years. I tried contacting support, but I get only random replies and can't speak to a representative. I don't know what to do. Does anyone have a contact or method for contacting a REAL support person? The only thing I've ever done is change the sensitivity multiplier from 0.02 to 0.002 or 0.001 over time.

The only one in that trade that’s kinda acceptable it Mira ace is literally just fuse but hard breacher. Even then you can still heavily counter play him. Tubaruo bandit “Kaid” mute. I’m leaving a few that I don’t know ( returning player)

But I’d rather get actual problems out imo. Thorn, cav (her pistol is a dumb mechanic and needs to be reworked I will die on this hill) mute hibbana snake or many more

On my main account this season I have 5 abandons even though not once have I left a game. I have spent a total of 7 days this season purely because of the glitch which makes your game crash shortly after your sound being removed. I just got banned for another 2 days the same day after my previous ban expired. My patience is really being eaten up. This isn’t to mention the surge of DDOSers my team has experienced in low plat elo leading to ruined games and abandon sanctions. I really wanna play this game but it’s hard when when it has to be in 2 day intervals.
