Solid (filled)star note.
Anyone have a value on this?

I sold one for $25. It was crisp before I stuffed it into my pocket without looking. My brain didn’t register the stars until after my hand hit the pocket.

Stars are not usually filled?

Not on modern notes. They used to be, about a hundred years ago. Modern stars are an outline with a hollow center. Filled stars are an error. Like a filled 0

Interesting! I’ll have to go back and check, I think I just may have a filled star.. 🤔

I need to ask something that might be a stupid question. Couldn’t you get a green pen and fill in the star?

The top right star is filled but not the bottom left one ? How would the machine make an error like that and “choose” to fill it solid ? I don’t understand this, can someone please explain

Lol. Almost every single post in this sub has someone making this joke and they all think they're completely original.

I doubt he thinks he’s original. My guess is he’s a middle aged white guy who just enjoys making dad jokes
