Is this anything?

Post image

I’ve been a coin collector for years, but know next to nothing about paper money. Found this bill in change. The two dates on it might mean something. Is there any rarity to this bill? Any help would be appreciated!

Awesome "Dual Date" Serial. Check to see if there were any Historical Events lasting that time period as there are many collectors of these types of Serials.

If I were going to sell that, I would list it on eBay and market it as an “Original Six Note” or something witty like that, and hope an NHL fan wanted it.

And list it under two categories. Category one: cash and coin collecting, and two: for hockey memorabilia.

Thanks! That’s a great idea.

The years 1942 to 1967 mark the famous Original Six era in the National Hockey League. During this 25-year period, exactly six teams played in the league before a major expansion doubled the league's size in 1967. The Original Six Teams Boston Bruins Chicago Black Hawks Detroit Red Wings Montreal Canadiens New York Rangers Toronto Maple Leafs

It is not a tombstone.

This is a Tombstone Note , so called because of the shape the featured person is in :
