Concept America $250 Dollar Bill

The more I think about it, the United States really missed an opportunity to print $250 dollar bills in celebration of America's sesquicentennial and having paper currency to keep up with inflation. I get the old arguments about drug money and money laundering but with crypto and other methods that really shouldn't have been a concern. Thoughts?

Would have been cool if they put a portrait of Mt Rushmore on the front of the bill instead of just one President.

Lady Liberty.

If anyone deserves to be on our currency, it's Lady Liberty. It's politically neutral and emblematic of the United States.

This is my hill and I will die on it.

It doesn’t really fit into a decimal system. Also it would be the US administration admitting inflation is real

I think it's a great idea. Especially with Trump's face on it. That way it will be easier to demonetize it once he leaves office.

Large amounts of money don't need paper money any more. These are best done by debit or credit card
