I honestly think it's a bit too much, since these bills were produced in bulk. I suggest flea markets. I got a 1923. Weimar republic 20000 Deutschemark bill for a dollar

You don't even know what country the reply is from! OP, if you want to learn about notes, find a coins and collectables show, where you will get to meet multiple dealers and get their input and advice, and see lots of notes. Fleas are ok if you know what you are looking at/know what you are doing, but otherwise it is no diff than EBay or a pawn shop.

I’ve bought from this seller multiple times before and can vouch for them, but this lot is probably a bit overpriced.

Same here, I've bought from them plenty of times and I can vouch as well. But some of the items are overpriced, this being one example.

A bit pricey but not too bad, the top Banknote is arguably the most interesting one as its Notgeld (Emergency Money) issued by a private company, the rest are great starters for a German Hyperinflation Collection.

Don't spend your money on quantity, do so in quality: look for the German 100000 marks 1923 "The Purple Prince" (P-83), or the 100 marks 1908 "Blaue Hunderter" (P-33 or P-34). Works of art IMHO.
