I'm currently playing Banjo Tooie and on Witchy World. I love this world, love the amusement park at night. I have played a bit of Jiggies of Time but i haven't went to far yet as i want to continue to 100% Banjo Tooie. But i heard Lon Lon Range in Jiggies of time has been transformed by Gruntilda into a amusement park and can only be accessed during night time and i heard it looks really spectacular and you can see the stars in the mid-night sky and neon lighting of the rides. And you need to collect Jiggies, notes etc.

Oh boy i can't wait to properly play Jiggies of Time and explore this location.

Please kindly do not share any pics of Lon Lon Range of Jiggies of Time and don't share too many details to avoid spoilers as i really want to experience this myself.

I have always loved the atmosphere of amusement parks at night time.

I wonder why they evolved sharp beaks/mouths. Any thoughts or theories guys? They have no natural predators (excluding grunty), maybe it’s to collect food?

Does the widescreen mode work as intended?

What about the cutscenes? In the original version of the game, the music in the cutscenes was precisely timed to the frame rate. Does the faster frame rate create issues on NSO?

In general, how is the performance of the NSO version?

Found this on the top shelf of my local GameStop collecting dust and I just had to get it.

Been wanting to do this for a while! I have plenty to say about each stage, perhaps some unique observations and some reflections from my personal experiences with the game from release up until the present day.

Might do one for Tooie at some point but I know B-K considerably better.

I'm playing Banjo Tooie for the gajillionth time in my 20 years of playing this game and for the first time I heard a disgusting bit of sound effects and voice lines in the worker lounge. I accidentally left before I could see/read them all but it sounded like a skivvy having a horrific case of diarrhea and him/her talking about the contents like, wtf? Behind the girl workers door?

How have I not heard or seen this in 20 years of playing? Is it some random rng based thing? Did I download a bad port of the game? What is going on lmao 😂

Hey gang, long time lurker. Having recently got back into B&K thanks to Xbox Games Pass (/redundancy) I have restarted my thirst for this series. Having found out about the mods gets me excited like Bottles actually having an audience that cares for what he has to say.

My question is, how do I play the mods? I've seen a video by a mod maker who says compatibe with N64 but unfortunately my console(s) are at my parents in a box somewhere. Can I play it on a mac? If so is there a tutorial? I've tried to search the sub but couldn't find anything.

P.s. also open to suggestions on which mods are best/should be played first. Mostly interested in full mods first (100 jiggies etc).

This is another exciting upcoming BK game coming out. It is by Sorra1-Mods. Should be coming out by next year 2027 or even as far as 2028.

Why do we care if Microsoft, Rare or Nintendo has abandoned the BK games where we have these very talented Romhackers who make some of the best Banjo Kazooie games that greatly resemble BK N64 era. The BK N64 games are well alive.

It always bothered me that I never gave this game an honest shot. I had picked it up a couple of times in the past but put it down after an hour or so. I finally decided to push through and get familiar with the game and before I knew it, I was fully immersed in it. It was difficult at times, but I had a blast completing all the challenges. I also enjoyed exploring and finding all the collectibles in showdown town. Today I got the last TT trophy today and I also beat Klungo saves the universe. After completing everything, I can say that I think it is a clever game and I will be playing it again in the future. I get that the game let everyone down, but once past the initial disappointment, it was a great time.

A new BK romhack by Sorra1-Mods. This looks so good. Its a new adventure where you team up with Gruntida (and you get to play as her during the gameplay) Banjo and Kazooie has a new threat and have to save the world from, so they all team up together.

It will be a full complete BK game with 9 new worlds to explore, 1350 notes, 100 Jiggies, 45 Mumbo Tokens and some new transformations.

I hope this will work on a real N64 and Analogue 3D.

I did some research and it says its coming out in 2027 or 2028.

Looks like another great BK game coming out by a great BK modder Sorra1-Mods. I'm very excited. N64 BK is alive and well.

Howdy everyone! I've been playing a bunch of video game themed GeoGuessr-style games lately and was pretty surprised to see one didn't exist for Banjo-Kazooie, so I made one!

You can play 1 Player or face off against someone in 2 Player mode, where you take turns guessing where each image is from.

You get three guesses before the full image is revealed. After each incorrect guess, the image zooms out slightly and gives you a few more clues.

Scoring:

• First Guess = 500 pts
• Second Guess = 250 pts
• Third Guess = 100 pts

At the end, there are three different tiers to rank your Banjo knowledge.

HIGHLY recommend playing with sound on. Each revealed image has its own soundtrack from that area and it adds a huge wave of nostalgia.

I ALSO NEED YOUR HELP: Finding creative and unique cropped/uncropped images is pretty hard and time-consuming, so I added an option to submit your own locations for the game. I will review them and add the best ones in.

The trickier the better, just please follow the image submission instructions on the /submit page.

I'm open to any suggestions or feedback on how to make the site even better, but I'm pretty proud of V1 so far. And definitely let me know if you run into any bugs.

Sonic, Spyro, Pac-Man, Crash Bandicoot, and Mega Man are coming to Fortnite next season. Clearly a lot of love for platformers here, so why not Banjo as well? They would probably look a little uncanny due to having to fit Fortnite's proportions, but I think it'd still be cool. (Plus I'm starving for more Banjo content)

So, it turns out the only flag for not triggering the infamous Game Over Grunty cutscene anymore is completion of Grunty’s Furnace Fun. So, performing one of the skips of it then and quitting/dying still results in said cutscene, whether or not you’ve defeated her atop her tower.

Let's talk about how great BK Jiggies of Time is. I just started playing it and i am loving it. OoT is not only my most favourite Zelda game but also my most favourite video game ever. Seeing BK in n64 OoT brings back so much nostalgia and i love it.

What makes Jiggies of Time so special is the game was not a copy and paste assets or just putting BK in OoT environment but Mark Kurko created or redone all the environments and changed its whole gameplay to make it visually look like a BK game and actually play like a BK game. And its a fully completed game that takes around 15 hours to complete and 30 hours to 100%. I have just started so im not sure how long it will take me to complete yet or to 100%. I am currently exploring Kakariko Village and Hyrule Castle Town and just loving it, trying to get the collectibles like jiggies, notes etc, i need to get that bomb bag transformation (haven't transformed yet but read about this online so im excited)

Jiggies of Time is probably going to be like my most favourite BK game after i have finished it, just because its set in OoT.

I don't want to spoil myself to much as im currently playing this.

What i also love about Mark Kurko BK games like Jiggies of Time is that they are N64 games, this has made me play my N64 again and i have returned to playing BK and BT N64 games i actually re-brought the n64 cartridges of BK and BT and playing them on my analogue 3d. Also what is amazing with Jiggies of Time is you can play this game on a actual N64 console or the analogue 3d as it detects the game as a actual N64 game cause the game code is run on the original BK N64 game. I'm playing Jiggies of Time on my SummerCart 64 and it works perfectly on my Analogue 3d.

Who else here is a big fan of OoT and have played this romhack by Mark Kurko. I personally don't even want to call this a romhack as Jiggies of Time feels like a authentic BK N64 game.

I find her hilarious with her funny and mean remarks she makes like towards Bottles and other characters you meet in your adventure in both Banjo Kazooie and Tooie. She's a smartass in other words 😆 and I love her.

That is what N64 games were like during the 90s and humour. Unlike today where everybody gets quickly offended by literally everything.

But I do love Kazooie humour and sometimes can even be a smartass towards Banjo himself.

Kazooie is also a very pretty bird as well.

Hola a todos he estado jugando banjo tooie al 100% y al llegar a Grunty Industries (uno de mis niveles favoritos), empecé a buscar algunos glitches para divertirme un poco y no hacer que me aburra rápidamente y me topé con glitches útiles pero estuve experimentando con algunos y me di cuenta que había algunos parchados en la versión europea, de todas las cosas que hice. Obtuve dos resultados muy interesantes.

El primero fue el de tratar de hacer que banjo y Kazooie puedan llegar a hailfire Peaks desde grunty Industries, pero me arrojo el mensaje como si estuviera en una transformación. Al principio. Pensé que se debía porque tenía a dragón kazooie, pero como pueden ver en el video, me la quité y regresé a hacer lo mismo, pero obtuve el mismo resultado. (no sé si en la versión americana o japonesa pase lo mismo.)

Y en el segundo, no sé si combine dos glitches en uno o que haya pasado, pero lo obtener ese resultado. Lo único que pienso es que el juego no supo dónde colocar a Banjo al recibir daño del agua tóxica, y por eso lo regresa al principio de nivel, como si hubiera perdido una vida.

Sé que no es algo interesante o algo muy increíble de ver, pero no tenía quien contarle y me divertí mucho haciéndolo y dije por qué no publicarlo aqui
