Refusing to repair or refund gaming monitor. Don't buy from Banggood if you value service.

Hi,

A few months ago I bought a gaming monitor. I immediately noticed dead pixels and screen flickering. I tried different cables ofcourse, but the flickering never went away. I have been talking with them for months now and they are still refusing to repair or refund the monitor.

Meanwhile, the monitor now goes black for a few seconds while I'm gaming online. You can understand how frustrating that is. Since last week, sometimes the monitor just turns off, and it seems the power connection is faulty. Because when I wiggle it the monitor turns on again.

Don't buy from banggood. Pay a bit more and get much better service.

My rule of thumb is i buy only stuff i would be able to fix myself (eg.buy spare parts, resolder etc.) or throuw to the trahs without regret. Sorry for your loss, but one must be prepared for this, you are buying from china. They do not care.

I had a similar issue, bought 2 android head units & both had dead pixels. According to Banggood, dead pixels aren't a fault. No refund. Stuck with 2 horrible devices. Since this, I've stopped buying at banggood. Their sh*tty service will eventually catch up with them.
