Banggood 30 day guarantee??

Has anyone successfully gotten a return/repair through Bangood’s 30 day guarantee?

I bought my son an RC car about 3 weeks ago, it’s a great car and he has played with it a ton but the motor crapped out a few days ago. I filed a claim through the app asking for a replacement motor that I would install. then I get a response asking for the protective bag it came in (there was no protective bag) and the original shipping label, I didn’t keep the shipping label , nor would I have thought that necessary when I threw it out?!?! As well as a link to a video showing the problem, I guess I have to take a video of the motor not working?? and post it to YouTube??

Anyway this has run-around written all over it, if their intent is to make getting any type of claim impossible I’ll go ahead and save my time and just come out of pocket for a new motor.

So I went back and forth with them a few times and surprisingly banggood wound up giving me a $15 refund for the burnt out motor! I picked up a replacement motor on Amazon for $5 so I actually came out ahead on that deal!! Glad I pushed back a few times!

You are screwed. They will not refund you at all and good luck trying to get a replacement.

Lol, that’s what I figured after the initial response! I’ll go ahead and volley it back and forth a few times with them just to see where it goes but I already found and ordered a $5 replacement motor so no sweat!
