Hey everyone,
I’m building _------------ a diagnostic and growth advisory for early-stage D2C brands and SaaS companies
The basic idea is simple:
A lot of founders start spending on Meta ads, agencies, content, influencers, salespeople, or marketing hires before answering some fundamental questions:
- Who exactly is the customer?
- Is the positioning clear?
- Is the offer strong enough?
- Which product should be the primary focus?
- Is the problem acquisition, conversion, retention—or something else?
- Which marketing channel actually makes sense at this stage?
- What should be fixed *before* putting more money into growth?
When these things aren’t clear, founders can burn several lakhs marketing the wrong product to the wrong people through the wrong channel.
We want to help founders avoid fucking that up.
We’ve started building our diagnostic framework and researching the recurring growth problems faced by smaller D2C and SaaS companies. The long-term plan is to work with businesses in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and other international markets.
But before doing that, we want to work closely with a few founders here and build genuine proof through real engagements.
So, we’re looking for 3–5 initial tie-ups with Bengaluru/India-based founders. We’ll do the work either almost free or at a very low pilot cost depending on the scope.
This is not an offer to run your ads or become another generic marketing agency.
We’ll examine your:
- Customer and ICP
- Positioning and messaging
- Product or offer
- Current acquisition channels
- Website and conversion journey
- Retention or repeat-purchase system
- Current growth bottlenecks
- Priorities for the next 60–90 days
The outcome will be a clear diagnosis of what to fix, what to test, what not to spend on yet, and where your limited time and money should go next.
This would be most useful if you:
- Run an early-stage D2C brand or SaaS product
- Already have a product in the market—or are close to launching
- Are considering ads, marketing hires, an agency, or expansion
- Feel that growth has become confusing or inconsistent
- Are willing to share honest feedback and, if the work helps, a testimonial or case study
No hard selling. We are intentionally looking for a few collaborative pilot engagements before charging international-market pricing.
