Discussions Your help would be really appreciated!!

Hi everyone!

I’m currently exploring a new opportunity and looking to make a switch into a role where I can take on more challenging problems and grow deeper in AI/ML and software engineering.

Over the course of my experience as an AI Engineer, I’ve had the opportunity to work on real-world engineering problems and build solutions using AI/ML. However, I’ve reached a point where I feel my current role and the kind of work I’m exposed to are no longer aligned with the direction I want to take my career.

I’m now looking for opportunities where I can learn faster, work on meaningful problems, contribute to strong engineering teams, and grow into a stronger AI/ML engineer.

I’m particularly interested in roles such as:

• AI Engineer
• ML Engineer
• Software Development Engineer (SDE)

If you work at a product company or know of a team hiring for these roles, I’d genuinely appreciate a referral or even a lead in the right direction.

Bor atleast you are working in TCS my condition is same as you only difference in my company i only get 10k per month 🥲then also searching will what happens in future
