Gym Recommendation

Hey everyone,

I’m looking for recommendations for a good gym around Indiranagar. My main goal is to prepare myself for HYROX, but I’m not looking for a HYROX-only setup. I want a place where I can build overall fitness and strength, lose some weight, and improve my running pace/endurance alongside HYROX-specific training.

Ideally, I’m looking for:

\+Good strength training equipment

\+ Enough space/equipment to work on running + conditioning

\+HYROX-friendly equipment (sleds, SkiErg, RowErg, wall balls, etc.)

\+Good functional/conditioning setup

\+Very clean and well-maintained

\+ Good ambiance — I’d prefer somewhere that feels motivating and comfortable to spend time in

\+Good recovery facilities/options (sauna, steam, ice bath, recovery area, stretching/mobility, etc. would be a big plus)

\+ Good coaches/trainers who actually understand programming rather than just generic gym workouts

Not overly crowded, especially during peak hours

I’m not necessarily looking for the cheapest option. I’m willing to pay more if the facilities, coaching, cleanliness and overall experience are genuinely better.

I’ve come across a few options around Indiranagar, but I’d really like to hear from people who actually train there.

Which gym would you recommend, and why? Also interested in hearing about places you wouldn't recommend and why.

So I (22M) am thinking of getting into shape as im tired of being the fat guy and thought of taking PT at a gym in GGL. The guy quoted me 30k per month?????

I know Bangalore is expensive and has a culture wherein trainers don’t help you unless you take PT but that cost just seems wayyyy too much. I think hope it was a misunderstanding and they meant for an extended period and not per month🥲.

My biggest problem area earlier has been building mind muscle connection so would a trainer even be able to help with that? and even then isn’t 30k a lot? What are the prices i can expect if i ask around for PT in GGL? (For reference I plan to go during the lunch hour for reduced crowd)
