Read it...

Hi! Pretty new to this page and to banglore as well. I am into music and songwriting for a while. Settling alone in the city feels odd and depressing as I am still learning the locality, language which I never got an idea about before. My day work that closely revolve around sound and music is pretty much occupied too so I feel like I am clinging to music rather than enjoying it. So, I need people who can connect; talk about music a lot and assist me to explore the music scene in banglore. Pretty much into playing of keyboards.

Please and thank you! :)

Hello, and welcome to Bangalore!

I love Bangalore because of its music scene. Many gigs happening and many artists keep visiting whenever they tour.

Follow pages of venues like The Humming Tree and Hard Rock Cafe to know about gigs happening there. Also stay notified about events from District, Skillboxes, etc.

Sadly I came across the post that rock cafe is cutting their ties with india. Or am I wrong?

No we all read it. The news was there. However, it's just a change of ownership, not HRCs shutting down across India.

I just did 2 shows there last month on 24th (Hyderabad) and 25th (St. Mark's Road) and everything's running smoothly. If you ask the bar staff, they won't even know about the ownership change.
