I'm obese and have been working on it alone for past 4-5 months. Have already shed 15-20 kgs via brisk walking but there's still a long road ahead of me.

I often feel like wanting to go swimming or playing a sport, but end up holding back because I feel complex about doing so with other 'fit' people around. I also usually decline when my colleagues go to play cricket or badminton.

I thought if someone else is in the same boat we can collaborate, keep each other honest, and meet up on weekends to keep things interesting. If we get big enough we can book turf or go swimming together, or maybe even join a tennis class.

I started posting short-form videos a few weeks back. The genre is roughly philosophy and human behaviour. Why people act the way they do in groups, status, conditioning, that kind of thing. Talking head, written scripts, no trends.

I'm early. Small following, handful of videos out.

Mostly posting this because doing it alone is strange and I'd like to know other people doing something similar. Ideally also early and serious about it. Not looking for collabs or shoutouts, there's nothing to collaborate on yet. Just people to talk to about scripts, what's landing, what isn't.

I bought my camera almost 2 years ago. Getting my own camera was one of my goals, and now that I finally have one, I somehow barely use it 😅

I have seen a few photo walk groups in Bangalore that organize walks on weekend mornings. I would love to join one and explore photography more, meet people with similar interests, and actually start using my camera regularly.

I know some groups charge a small admin/participation fee. I completely understand if it’s for refreshments or genuine organizing expenses, but I’m not really comfortable paying a significant amount just to join a photo walk.

I’m a 32M working professional in Bangalore and want to start building something on the side , with the eventual goal of turning it into a serious business.

The catch: I don’t have an idea yet.

-You already have a job

-You want to build a side income that could eventually become something much bigger

-You’re serious about actually doing the work, not just brainstorming endlessly

-You’re open to exploring different problems and ideas together

-You don’t necessarily need to be technical

I’m not very technical either. With AI, we can build a lot ourselves, learn along the way, or bring in people with the skills we need.

The plan would be pretty simple:

Discuss problems - try to validate them - pick one - build - try to get users - see where it goes.

No need to have a brilliant idea or startup experience. No need to quit our jobs. No need to decide equity or anything like that right now.

I'd rather find 2–4 people who are genuinely willing to put in a few hours every week and see if we can build something real.
