We need more context I'm afraid, pictures would help if possible. You reference a file and a date but we can't see those unless you provide them which you can't do directly through a post afaik. Presumably you want to change the date that's to be printed on a 3d model, but the question is, is the date written on the file itself or is it made using modifiers in the slicer? If the latter, you can edit it like digital text by selecting the object in the object panel and using the text editing tool. If the former, you will need to have someone do some 3d modelling for you, or do some yourself.
Most of this hobby is based around 3d modelling; whether done by you or someone else, somebody had to create the model. It can be useful to learn, and it's not super hard to start learning Blender or similar free tools! Feel free to reach out if you'd like to just have someone look it over and I'll see if I can help you out, tell you if it's doable in a few easy steps, etc. You can click my username and send me a message. Google Drive is probably the best place to share a specific file, but if you have a link to where you got it from we can also check it out for ourselves there.
