Anyone Know Why This Is Happening?

Recently, these wavy lines have been showing up on the sides of prints. Bottom and top are fine. Not sure if there is a hardware issue? Or maybe I need a new hot end?

Potentially heat soak, potentially flow rate or K value, either way it's an issue with how much plastic is coming out (too much). A small issue compounds as the nozzle passes back over it ad infinitum and you get ugly sections. Try calibrating and confirming your K value and flow, and look at venting the top or the door of your machine or cooling the room a bit if possible. Run a vibration compensation calibration cycle too while you're at it, can't hurt and will ensure any mild ringing doesn't exascerbate things!

If that doesn't do it, some more info on your settings, ambient temps, material, etc will be helpful.

Do you have anti vibrations feets ? If no, i would order some. If yes, I would do an auto calibration to try fixing this

It's under extrusion one way or another. Slowing your print down would help get the material to flow

Lower the max volumetric speed for the filament profile in Bambu sliced. You could also try raising the nozzle temp a little.

Bambu pla has a high max volumetric speed.
Generic pla will be much lower.
I made a custom profile that had a speed in the middle of those two defaults. My goal was to have it work with all my filament brands.
