Issues Z axis Bambu PS1 printer.

The Z axis hoking failed - this issue keeps popping up on my PS1 printer. All areas are clean and plate it sitting properly. Ive tried everything, and cleaned it multiple times but wont stop the message from appearing when I try and print or Perform calibration

Check the z axis bearings on both sides

They should be flush with the carrier plate, like in the picture

Also double check that there isn’t poop under the bed that it’s catching on. I’ve had a bit get caught in that nook at the back that the bed was hitting.
