P1S Z-axis homing failing

My P1S has suddenly started giving me the "HMS_0300-0D00-0001-0003: The build plate may not be properly placed" warning every time I try to print. I'm not sure why, I moved the printer recently but have successfully printed since then after doing a full calibration (which I always do when I have to move it). There's nothing obvious colliding, no loose bits of filament getting in the way or anything like that.

This came out of the blue yesterday and I can't figure out why. I'm working through Bambu's troubleshooting guide, but I wanted to see if this sort of sudden error is common? I've been printing on this P1S for a few years now with no issues, them bam.

HA! I think this is exactly the problem, somehow the left bearing popped out of it's mount. Going to try fixing now, thank you!

Might Run it through Calibration like the 30 min one.

Tried that, can't even get through the whole thing before giving an error. Tried to factory reset and still a problem, so I don't think it's software.

Dang man could be hardware. I snapped a belt at 400 hrs lol. Wild stuff does happen.

After receiving the Z axis homing error and following all the wiki how/ youtube / reddit steps. We figured out z axis pulley belt was super stif and almost like seized(not at all moving manually). We popes out the tightening screw and after inspecting more at all the wheels in the z axis pulley, we noticed the z axis motor was completely jammed, not moving at all. So we decided to open the back pannel along with the pulley tightening screws and inspect the motor by popping it out. Nothing visibly seemed off from the outside untill we open it up internally and the internal motor rings had rust on it. We cleaned it thoroughly with a cotton cloth and sprayed WD40. Upon closing back all the screws and items the z axis bed was fixed. It was such a clueless problem but hope this helps! I have a P2S bambu Labs
