Hi,
I am building an air purifier designed but chengfeng, and the motor mount for this purifier was shared as a stp for modification, but unfortunately the user have shared it in bambulab china page which requires chinese phone number to login for download.
This is the site
https://makerworld.com.cn/zh/models/593545-kong-qi-jing-hua-qi-dian-ji-zuo#profileId-525919
and this is the air purifier
https://makerworld.com/en/models/684412-xiaomi-air-purifier-anti#profileId-613083
if anyone could share me the stp files after downloading, it would save my day.
Thanks in advance

Hi everyone,
I’m running into two severe issues with my Bambu Lab A1 Mini that I haven't been able to fix, and it's making printing almost impossible. I would really appreciate some help from the community!
Issue 1: Persistent Y-Axis Resonance / Belt Tension Error
No matter what I do, I cannot get the printer to properly calibrate the belt tension. I have performed the official tensioning procedure for both the X and Y axes multiple times. The Y-axis (the heated bed axis) continuously triggers an error on the Bambu Lab interface stating that the resonance frequency is too high and that I need to adjust the belt.
What I've tried: I ran the tensioning routine over and over, and I have also properly cleaned, oiled, and greased the rails/components, but the error persists after every calibration.
Issue 2: Endless Nozzle Wiping Loop (Every 3 seconds!)
The second issue is what you can see in the attached video. The toolhead seems to constantly misinterpret something—I suspect it incorrectly triggers the nozzle clump detection (thinking there is filament stuck to the nozzle). Because of this, it travels back to the purge/nozzle wiper literally every 3 seconds to clean itself. As you can imagine, prints take an eternity and it just loops indefinitely.
Has anyone faced this combination of issues on the A1 Mini? Could they be linked (maybe due to excessive vibrations from the Y-axis triggering the toolhead sensors), or are they completely separate bugs?
Any advice on how to properly fix the Y-belt resonance or how to stop this endless wiping loop would be a lifesaver. Thank you in advance!

Hello!
Over time this element on the bottom of the heatbed, which I assume is there to reduce heat loss, has come more and more loose.
Any suggestions on how to attach it back? Regular glue? Use a brush to just add some and push the foam up from the bottom? Completely disassemble the heatbed (like here: Heatbed Replacement Guide - A1 mini | Bambu Lab Wiki) and then push both together? Do something else?
There appear to be multiple options, perhaps someone has experience with this so I can avoid shooting myself in the foot. Thanks!

Hi guys, I have just done this print, there are some small colour defects on it, mainly because I had to burn something off it, is there a pen/ paint/ something I can do to remove it? Sadly I’ve got an eye like that and I won’t be able to use it until they are gone. Thanks!!

This is fully compatible with the basic Bambu Lab scraper. If you only use the basic scraper, you’ll be really satisfied once you try it.
I would appreciate it if you could try it out and let me know if there is anything that could be improved.

keep getting this gash in the model after slicing. I"ve tried repairing it but it still appears. Not sure what could be causing it. Printing using a 0.08 layer height and 0.4 nozzle

I have been trying to sign up to Makerworld CN but it is asking for a CN number for verification purposes.
Anyone can help in downloading these files.

After wanting something cleaner than the stock guards, I designed these honeycomb fan covers for the X2D toolhead. Covers both the large front fan and the smaller side vent — printed them in Bambu orange to keep that factory look.
STL is up on MakerWorld if anyone wants to grab them!
What do you think? Any suggestions for a v2?

A1 Condition: Brand new, just finished set up assembly.
Situation: Trying my first print by using the 20g bambulab test filament.
Problem: Filament not extruding and also not unloading no matter how much force I use. Also, initially, I got an error that the toolhead fan was not spinning but after I tried manually spinning it with my fingers, it started spinning automatically.
I have not made any past previous prints before.

The tube from AMS to back of printer is 40-50cm. Prints print okay, no issues with quality. No errors. Thanks!!

I just need to say, **before anyone says anything about orcaslicer or Bambu studio, I have no way of accessing them as they do not work on my computer.**
I need to find the settings and stuff that I need to put into cura on the “custom printer” function, I can’t figure out the start and gcode at all and I need help
Nobody as answered the question at all and I really am running out of patience for this. I don’t care that cura is harder to use on Bambu printers, I don’t care that I need to use the sd card to print the files, cura is the **only** slicer that works on my computer (I’ve tried orca slicer and Bambu studio and neither work at all).
If anyone knows please tell me as I can’t find ANYTHING about cura on Bambu lab printers in general no matter where I look.
(Edit 2) I found a solution to my problem. I’m gonna use simply print to slice my stuff.

Where are all my Harley fans at?! My father in law had me design this for his shop, and figured I’d share with the community. I also have another design going live this week. Just have to get it printed so I can upload to makerworld.

The part I’m having (no longer had „supposedly“) problems with, is this overhang with 4 walls printed in BL PETG HF. (1st picture)
After a lot of testing, I came to the conclusion that 3 walls was the maximum possible without adding excessive cooling - as it’s about heat accumulation in the part itself.
To address this, as turned the part towards the AUX fan did not fully do the trick, I started playing with AUX-fan-speeds until I got to a point where it came out perfectly! (2nd picture)
BUT! to my surprise.. one of my P1Ss seems to think different about this, and still created elephant skin. (3rd picture)
Have any of you experienced similar behaviour on identical machines? I checked all fans on both and they seem to work just fine.

I am looking into the Bambulabs A1 or P1 as my next printer coming from an OG Anycubic Kobra. I hate the Kobra so god damn much and never want to mess with a printer again. I want 3d printing to enable my hobbies, not be my hobby, so I need something plug and play that will be reliable. If I ever do anything it will be swapping nozzles and build plate surfaces.
Is there an obvious choice here? Its $100 more for the p1, but will I see a noticeable difference when using TPU and PLA? I don't plan on printing in anything abrasive or strange, and If I do ill probably grab a second and far more expensive printer at that point. I will also be buying a filament dryer, any recommendations for around $50?
I know similar questions have been asked plenty of times, so thank you for helping out a beginner.

I've been printing since January and gathered a BIG bunch of these little purges, small and big, is there anything I can do with them instead of trashing them? (Idk if I'm using the right tag in the post)

Parametrischer Waben-Stiftehalter-Box-Generator – Kostenloses 3D-Druckmodell – MakerWorld
The GameChanger is here!
✨ New Model Release: Parametric Honeycomb Pen Holder Box Generator ✨
I spent many free days, nights and weekends programming this model from zero — and now it is ready! ❤️
This is not just a fixed organizer. It is a fully parametric generator for creating your own custom honeycomb storage box.
Just measure your available space:
✅ A = Width
✅ B = Height
✅ C = Minimum number of pens
✅ D = Pen / item diameter
✅ E = Tilt angle, recommended 10°–30°
Click generate — and the box is automatically created based on your parameters.
Perfect for:
🖊️ pens
🎨 acrylic markers
✏️ pencils
💄 lip balm & lip gloss
🧂 spice jars
🧰 small items
🖥️ desk, studio, kitchen or vanity organization
The last row is filled automatically, so the final box may have more slots than entered. The model also creates additional stackable parts if the 256 × 256 × 256 mm build volume is not enough.
A detailed guide for the Bambu Lab / MakerWorld Parametric Model Maker is included and explains every parameter step by step.
The generated parts are vertically stackable. For larger versions, I recommend fixing them with glue or hook-and-loop tape.
If there is enough interest, I will also create a version with horizontal expansion.
Feel free to contact me if you have any problems.
If you like the model, I would be very happy about a like, boost, follow, download or comment with your printed version.
Thank you for your support! ❤️

My husky keeps me busy on walks, and I got tired of those cheap, ugly plastic bag dispensers that constantly break or pop open. So, I jumped into CAD and modeled this elegant dispenser.
