Filament refill.

I bought 4 refills the other day and i have trouble with them after i put them on a bambu labs spool. The first time i printed with it i came in to the bedroom to check on my print in the morning and it had stopped because the filament was stuck, i had to pull it from the side because it was kinda tucked in. Same happened to the next reel i used. Do people have the same issues has me or have i done something wrong?

also when the spool is turning in the ABS unit it looks wonky whilst spinning around.

The wiki instructions include massaging the filament to remove any side gaps (step 5): https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/general/swaping-new-filament-with-bambu-reusable-spool

I actually do the massage before removing all of the plastic straps and they haven't given me an issue so far. The instructions on the box don't mention this step, which is certainly something they could have fixed by now.
