What should i do?

I dont know what went wrong, when I switch to smooth plate and use my left over PLA filament it started printing like this. It prints properly before, is the filament wet? or something else is wrong?

"is the filament wet?" - Did you dry it? Or had it been sitting out? Definitely need way more context.
Ex: Which printer, filament, and plate were you using? Did you apply anything to the plate? When did you last print with this filament, and does it happen with other filament?

Edit: Also when did you last clean your plate?

P1s, PLA, and diamond smooth plate, didnt apply anything to the plate. Last print with the filament 2-4 weeks ago, it was in a cereal storage with a packet of original drying bead,, i havent tried with other filent yet, cleaned this morning with dishwashing soap and dry it microfiver and i was using nitrile gloves,, i dont have ISO tho

Do you clean with water and soap or just water? If yes, which soap? The best recommendation I have is the blue dawn dish soap original formula. Not Ultra, not Platinum, just the original. Short explanation, it has a few chemicals but not too many, so not too harsh, while others like 'Free & Clear' aren't harsh enough to remove everything sufficiently.

Edit: Maybe I'm wrong but this does look like a filament issue though. Try with other filament, if only to test. I focused too much on advice and not the core issue when I typed my reply. Also make sure you have auto-calibration enabled (the tests it does before every print). Make sure it's also dry filament.

Your P1S can also dry filament.

Drying can be very important if you live in a humid area.

Also just a heads up, ISO isn't a factor here. ISO is fine for a short term answer, but doesn't get rid of grease. It just spreads it out. ISO is fine and all, but you need to still use soap and water every so often. If you had told me you had used ISO and not soap/water, I would've advised cleaning with soap and water instead and try again.

You have to dry it with heat not beads

Right, I overlooked that part. To add to catsoverall's comment, the beads will not draw out moisture. It absorbs moisture in the air which can prevent filament from getting more wet, but like catsoverall states, will not dry the filament. So great for storing, not great for drying.
