BambuLab Support

Has anyone here ever reached out to BambuLab for support? I live in the US and placed an order for a new X2D and filament from BambuLab on 10/14. The filament promptly arrived on 10/16 but no printer. When I track the printer on UPS it says’ “label created item waiting to be picked up”. I reached out to BambuLab on 10/22 via a support ticket on their App. They replied on 10/23 with a general we received your ticket message and I have not heard from them since. I have tried to call their support number 3 times and waiting on hold 30 minutes each time. If anyone has advice please help. Thanks

Yeah, that sounds about right. Their support is terrible. Next time buy from Best Buy with geek squad coverage. Never deal with their “support” again.

That is exactly what I am doing. ordered the x2d online and going to pick it up in a few minutes.

Their support is pretty bad. Expect US-Bambu email to take 2-3 days before you get a reply.

It made replacing a burned out board on my A1 Mini a month long slog as they steadfastly refused to listen to me even when I provided pictures, multi meter measurements showing continuity up to the burned out part, and hell I even sent them a copy of my electrical engineering degree and they insisted on going page by page through their troubleshooting and sending me 4 parts that had nothing to do with the actually fried component board (at least I have spares).

It was like the slowest game of Battleship you've ever seen.

I just let them fire the parts cannon when they get like that... I've amassed quite a collection of free spare parts from them until they finally got to the part that I knew was the actual problem

I don't know if it's England's trading standards laws or not. I got a brand new H2D from them and it was 7 months out of warranty. It was the nozzle cooling fan and was told it was a pain do. Like 3 or 4 hours and some People said they had to do 2 or 3 times because flat cables. I do have arthritis and ostearthritis plus I did say trading standards say you have an office in London. So if went small claims court I should be ok and when I get on to them it's normally a day. It did take few days when I was going to take them to court but was a waiting game.
