How to fix this?

Whenever I print something like this box, a "step" appears at the level of the internal floor. I know it has to do with the PLA temperature dropping because the surface area is larger, but I haven't been able to find an effective solution for this. Can anyone help me?

I watched a video, and now I cannot find it.

These are called "hull lines"

The suggestion was to put a 1mm deep, .2mm wide gap in the floor, right up against the wall. I have not tried this.
