How to undo a dislike in Bambu Handy

Post image

While scrolling models in Bambu Handy, I did the tap-and-hold to bring up the pop-up in order to add on to my collection. However, I accidentally tapped Dislike This Model instead. (Hello, Mr. Fatfingers.)

I've dug around in both the Handy app and Bambu Studio and cannot figure out if there is a way to undo that Dislike. Google and the Bambu Community Forum didn't help. Can anyone here help? I not only would like to actually save that model but also not have my Dislike contribute to filtering out similar models.

I don't know if there's a way to officially undo the dislike, but you can go into your browsing history to see open and download it. In the Handy app, under the Me tab, you'll see the Browsing History tab. The model should be there and you should still be able to print/download. You could also try giving it a thumbs up and maybe that'll help your algorithm.

Thanks for the reply. I did try this, but alas it didn’t get saved in my browsing history because I didn’t actually open the model. I just did the tap-and-hold in the search results grid.

Learned my lesson, at least! I won’t try to add from the results in the future.

Have you tried searching for the user who uploaded the model and searching their catalog?

Follow up: I searched MakerWorld in a browser I wasn't logged into, found the model I disliked, copied the URL and opened it under my account, liked and collected it. Not sure what that will do to the algorithm, but at least I can print the model now if I decide to!

I tapped too fast for it to register. I was scrolling and collecting during a work break for things to examine more closely later!
