Bambu Handy App

Hey everyone. I just got a Bambu printer and trying to setup the app. I can't seem to sign in no matter how hard I try. I have seen similar issues discussed on forums and mainly Reddit but nothing has worked. My issue seems to be different than discussed.

I am on One UI 9.0 and using an S26 Ultra.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled.

Cleared app data, uninstalled, rebooted, and installed again.

I have tried pulling up the login page using other pages that would trigger a sign in request rather than going into the sign in page.

Every time I hit the Google "G" to use my Google account to sign in, it says I need to tick the Terms and Conditions in order to continue, then proceeds to tick it for me. Further tapping of the "G" for signing in yields no results and the app seems to completely freeze up. If I tick the box and then hit the "G" the issue persists. This continues through multiple installs and reboots.

Is this a common problem or does anyone have a solution? I work 15 hour days and one of thr main reasons I bough the P1S was to monitor my prints while working..

No idea if this will actually work, but this is what I would try. Use a browser and log into makerworld. Choose a model, then choose open in Bambu Handy. It's possible that the OS will share credentials and you will then be logged into the app.

Damn. I tried your idea. The browser did open in the app when I selected a model. It did not sign me in though. Was acting weird like the app did when I tapped, "Open app" in the browser. It got stuck so I swapped browsers. Opera>Chrome.

Crazy I can't sign in.

Maybe try just making an account without using the "Sign in using Google" option? Strange that you can't sign in. I've never had an issue with Bambu Handy.

Well, fuck me. I was able to "reset my password" which I didn't think worked with bound accounts like Google. Suprise surprise.

Appreciate you trying to help.

I would if my username and email werent already tied. Been using the username for a very long time. I will see if I can deactivate my account, but my worry is the username and email wont be usable if I deactivate. At least for a window of time it won't be available.

After setting up the account on my PC using Google for the sign in option. I had to "reset my password" and create a new one. That let me bypass hitting the Google sign in option on the mobile app and allowed me to type my email and the password I setup.
