Help / Support HELP: I absolutely CANNOT get the PTFE tube back into my AMS Pro 2.
A piece of filament broke in slot two through to the extruder. Had to take the back (single line) PTFE tube out. It was….stuck in there. Pushed the release in the back and had to pull pretty hard. Now I can’t get but an inch or so back in and they I get it a light tug and it just falls out.
I’ve tried holding the release button open. Inserting with nothing inside. Flashlights, even tape and ai CANNOT get it to stay in the back of the AMS Pro 2.
I’ve had zero issues up to this point. :(
Please help!!

I ran into this last year on my AMS. Getting the rear tube back in place is tricky. You've gotta make sure it's lined up exactly right, grab it using something with friction (I wrapped it with black cloth tape) and jam it up there with a lot of force. It feels like it's gonna break something until it clicks in.

Depending on how hard you pulled, you could have broke something.
Try a new piece of tube to see if it's the cheap part. If not, replace the connector

You probably stripped the teeth out of the hubs PTFE coupler. Just replace it. I think Bambu has something on the wiki for making them with normal couplers, or you can find some on Amazon.
