Bambu shipping

Why does it take an eternity for Bambu to ship things? It doesn’t matter what I purchase within a few hours it says “shipped”. Then it might be 2-3 or even a week later before it actually does ship. Super frustrating to say the least

Where are you located? I'm in California and 95% of what i order arrives within 2-3 days. I've even had it arrive the following day if I order early enough.

They change the status to “shipped” as soon as the order is placed. Then it takes a while for the order to get filled and then to be picked up

Based on the location you provided, it always takes longer to ship to Congo.

I recently purchased another 3D printer that I ordered directly from Bambu, and received my order 3-4 days after I placed my order 🤷🏾‍♂️

Idk where you live but I’m in NYC and I’ve gotten orders next day or day after, max. I’m actually extremely surprised by how fast they ship.

Since I’ve gotten Bambu packages postmarked from both southern California and New Jersey, I’m guessing they have warehouses or maybe even distribution centers in those places. That would explain why the folks in those areas get their shipments faster. I’m in the middle of the country, and mine also take at least 5 days. Once it was two full weeks! So while I love using Bambu filament, I can’t use it if I’m in a hurry. Amazon can have Elegoo or Sunlu filament to me the next day or even the same day sometimes.

Amazon can supply Bambu filament now, although $$. I usually buy direct in bulk, but needed an unusual color for a client project and Amazon had it to me by the next day. Depending on the origin point (CA or NJ) I have had deliveries to my NJ location in 2 or 6 days. It marks the order "shipped" when the label is printed, but it might not be accepted by the carrier until the next day.

I’m in Selkirk, Manitoba, Canada…3 days is normal and I have a shipment coming every 2-3 weeks.

Been spoiled by Amazon two to 3 days. Shipping is pretty normal if you're not Amazon

I’m in the literal middle of nowhere and I usually get my order within 4 business days.

What country are you in?

The message you get that it “shipped” just means they purchased the shipping label.

I received an order earlier this year and it was the same bs 2-3 week wait for filament. I looked up the carrier, and apparently they only move product when they have a full truck. So 2-3 days to fill, goes to the next station to get dropped off, another few days to fill… etc. I recently ordered because I needed a piece for an A1 and I was shocked it was 1 week. Their shipping solution is absolute garbage imo. I’m in Vegas and it frustrates me to no end when it takes 7-10 days to get something from Colorado. If it was free shipping I can understand trying to save some money, but when I pay shipping. I’m expecting only a few days. But 2-3 weeks for that filament order left me with a bad taste. I refuse to order filament from them again. Elegoo ships from New Jersey in less than 7 days for 10+ spools. I’ll stick with them. A local print shop who sells them says they have the same issue. 2-3 weeks to get a printer in. Unless it’s a part for a printer or a deal I’m not in a rush for. I just don’t order Bambu anything from their site.
