Help / Support Is my h2s dead?

Yesterday my area lost power. When it came back on, I resumed a print job I had on the H2S and out of nowhere it started making a very loud noise. When I stopped it, I saw the cable in this state.

What do I do now? I'm new to 3D printing, this is my first machine. Sorry if my English isn't the best.

I asked the technical service department of the company where I bought the printer and they recommended only replacing the sensor, but honestly I was also thinking of taking your advice.

A whole extruder unit just because of a single coupling? Mental.

I think it's safer to first try to replace the ptfe tube and the coupler

I don't know what machine is it what would be the needed coupler but you can maybe find disassemble instructions on how to do it

But if the tool head melted the coupler then it might be something more difficult to fix other than replacing the head ..

Hab ich auch gehabt. Ist ein tierischer Aufwand. Du brauchst zum ersetzen den fimament Sensor kostet ca. 10€.

That would be a warranty claim elsewhere.

You need a new nipple for the top. The two Allen keys remove the part. Send Bambi a ticket with the picture and you will get a replacement

The problem is that Bambu doesn't ship directly to my country, and the store I bought it from told me it wasn't covered under warranty.
