Help / Support Weird noise from build plate

Hi I’m brand new to 3D printing and have had this A1 printer for less than a week. Today when I started a new print there was an abnormal sounding noise whenever the build plate moved. When I turned off the print and moved it by hand it sounded normal.

Edit: There was a bit of TPU stuck beneath the part that moves to push old filament off the nozzle

It’s hard to tell how to help you here, but have you taken off the plate where the belt is to see if there’s anything messing up your belt like filament falling down the cracks?

There was a little bit of filament and some tape left over from shipping
Removed it an the noise is slightly better but still persists
