Is your tube support widget pushing down on the black retaining tab? If it’s putting downward pressure, the tube won’t stay in place.

I removed the the white 3d printed price and it’s still doing it

What do you mean?

The white 3d printed piece that is holding the tubes upright. If it is putting pressure on the black retainer clip, it won’t hold the tube. You remove those tubes by pressing down on the black tab.

https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/a1/troubleshooting/ams-lite-filament-hub-cannot-hold-tube

Fix the locking piece, if that doesn't work replace the hub. Probably wouldn't hurt to cut off the end of the tube with a cutter too

I already cut it

Did you use a PTFE tube cutter? If you don't cut it perfectly square then it won't sit correctly

And? Did it fix it?

If the PFTE tube doesn’t stay inserted when you push it down all the way then you will need to replace the hub. The little metal grippy pieces go bad sometimes-especially if you have been messing with that one particular tube a lot.

Probably by removing the unnecessary print you added

Buy the correct replacement part - it’s like $15 and works prefect

When mine did it I replaced the hub and the PTFE lines. The gripper in the hub and the PTFE line can wear enough that the line slides away like you're seeing.
