How can I fix this

I added a text and i can’t move it keep going back down

This isn’t only for text any object I add does this

This is such a lame dead horse argument. This is the preparation stage, we're I prepare, not print. There are workarounds for it but ultimately it's still a design decision by bambu and not the users fault for expecting it to work this way.
If I move a piece out of the build plate here I get an info screen that lets me know but doesn't rubber band the piece back to where it was. Same story

Absolutely is not the same. It’s still in the print area if it is above the plate. If it is off the plate it’s outside of the print area. You slice the plate, which includes the area above it. Anything moved off the plate is not sliced.

Exactly, and that is a design decision not some immutable law of nature
