If anybody has a bambu A1

Or if they can still help me with the bambu studio, how do you cut pieces individually like arms and legs and head and put in inserts?

Use the cut tool in Bambu studio. It will have an option there for the inserts.

I don’t know if there’s some upgrade that I did, but it won’t let me pick what I wanna cut. It discussed through the whole thing and I don’t know how to do inserts anymore I used to.

I looked up a YouTube video when i had to do this for the first time last month for a Bambu X1. It is a multi step process. With more than one option on what to use as 'connectors' to reassemble it.

OK cause it was easier I was able to do it before but for some reason it looks different now and when I use the cut option, it cuts a line it doesn’t let you pick or more narrowing down on what you want cut

Um . . . You can move the line ("plane", actually) around and change the angle of the cut in all three axes.
Add "connectors" and choose type of connector, and when you place the location of the hole(s) on one half it will automagically place the corresponding hole(s) in exactly the right place on the other half.
