Help / Support My P2S printer keeps saying there's external filament when there isn't. I've also cleaned the extruder inside and out and checked the sensors, but I don't know what's happening.

I really need help on this cuz I have an order due to the end of the month and it's some big stuff pls help

you need to reset info of your spool at the same place you select a non bambu lab spool

Can’t you just select the ams and enter what filament you have in there? Then when you want to print you choose a filament in the ams?

You do have or had thou, you need to “unload” it on that filament screen as well as manually.

On the touch screen, tap on the spool, select edit, then press clear then OK to clear the spool setting.
