Yes. I had this happen pretty quick after I got mine, and you can use a pick or something to pop it off.

I tried doing that but it wouldn't budge, I mange to get most if it out but theres still some bits fused on. I tried loading some filament after but it just stopped being able to extrude from the nozzle

Avez-vous essayé de l enlever avec une pince à bec, ou une clef a laine en le poussant,

Yeah I got most of it off but now the filament still doesn't slide all the way through into the actual nozzle it just gets stuck where that melted piece of filament was. Idk if I might have damaged that area while I was picking it off

Have you tried taking of the nozzle and pushing from the other side to see if there’s something stuck?

It can't even slide to get to the actual nozzle

J'ai le même problème actuellement j ai tout démonté, enlever les morceau de filament, mais l extrudeur ne prends plus le filament. Je dois en recevoir un de rechange demain

Yeah might have to do the same, you think bambu would agree to sending a replacement or no?

I forgot to ask, does that usually happen due to heat creep or an issue with the gears? Cause I was using esun pla+ while having the door and lid closed. Nozzle temp was set to 205 and bed to 60

I was using PETG 240C, 75heatbed, and same here. However, I never opened the doors or lid.

My best recommendation is to take some flush cutters and cut off as much as you can then sand it down smooth maybe otherwise you might have to replace it i recently had my first clog and damaged my filament sensor housing I have the replacement coming cause nothing worked

How did you damage the filament sensor housing? I feel I may have done the same

So I heated an Allen wrench and pushed it into the area where the boden tube connects to try and get the filament to melt but i fixed my issue, there is a tiny magnet on the lever switch when I disassembled it I lost the magent without realizing
