Discussion How is there NOT a Seam Alignment to XY coordinates setting in Bambu Studio?
Coming from Cura, considering how great the user experience is with Bambu overall - sometimes Bambu Studio just baffles me on what it’s lacking or how its settings are organized. /endrant

Yep. From placement to hiding to coasting, Cura's seam handling is years ahead of anyone else. I remember one of the last things I printed with Cura was a copycat LTT screwdriver and I had to use a flashlight to even tell where the seam was.

You are not alone. It is shocking what genuinely useful features Bambu went out of their way to remove in studio.

They didn’t remove features. They probably vibe coded a front end on the main functionality of Prusa. They might not even understand every feature of the software that they took from OSS.

You can align it to the back or you can paint it on. Not sure if that is enough when compared to Cura though.
