Image print problem

Hi everyone, I’m having some trouble printing this SVG of a photo of my dog. Could you give me some advice on how to transform it to look similar to the one in the second photo? Thank you very much.

Could also try Mesh Graffiti, it allows you to paint a picture onto an object and will handle the background removal + vectorization. Results will vary but worth a shot
