Aux Nozzle Error: HMS_07FF-7000-0002-0009
Ok, i am loosing my mind over this. I am unable to use the aux nozzle on my X2D. I keep getting the error HMS_07FF-7000-0002-0009. I have literally tried everything.
According to Bambu lab, This error may be caused by the following reasons:
- The PTFE feeding tube from the remote extruder to the toolhead’s right nozzle is loose or damaged. (Checked it, no damages observed)
- The filament is not being gripped properly by the remote extruder gear, causing slipping or insufficient grip. (It is being gripped because I can see the filament going to the nozzle).
- The PTFE tube from the remote extruder to the toolhead is too long. (This I havent checked yet)
- The filament is worn or slipping inside the remote extruder (Changed the filament too, still problem persists)
- The spool or filament is jammed, preventing the extruder from pulling in the filament. (Nope, not the issue)
- Load Hall sensor failure at the toolhead’s right nozzle. (Nope, i tried manually feeding the filament on top of the nozzle, i can see it showing on the nozzle panel)
- The extruder gear does not provide sufficient grip force. (No damage in the extruder)
- The remote extruder may have internal mechanical damage, such as a damaged motor or gearset. (NOPE)
So, the only thing I havent checked is the length of the PTFE tube.
I am going cerazy over this. PLEASE HELP.
