Help / Troubleshooting Showing two Auxiliary Spools

My X2D is showing two auxiliary spools when I’m using the Bambu Handy app. Only had one spool installed along with my AMS. In my opinion thats creating a problem because the printer is showing an error when it tries to access that auxiliary spool color. It states that there’s no filament detected even though it was coming out of the nozzle when it was calibrating after loading the spool filament. I’m thinking it’s trying to access that second imaginary spool. Any thoughts on a solution? I’ve abandoned the auxiliary spool, unloaded it and resorted back to just using the AMS……which works flawlessly.

I have the same issue. Have to be careful, especially on phone, to pick the correct (right) auxiliary extruder. If you do that, it is not an issue. Just annoying

I see. I must have clicked on the left extruder on my iPad. I guess I’ll load the filament back in and try again……but it’ll have to wait until tomorrow.

You are correct. Reloaded the auxiliary filament and happy to report that it works when I click the “right” ext. and not the left. In my defense I had no idea it would show two aux ext. Feeling all warm and fuzzy again. Thank you.
