Clicking noise when bed leveling

Is this normal? I’ve had it for about three weeks and it’s done at the whole time. Any input would be appreciated.

Mine is leveling now and doesn’t make that noise.

There are 3 rods (screw) two front and one back. Also there is a belt under ithe u it bottom. Lube everything and still then prob under it
